OMY explains

OK, so I now know the reason why. Hahas, best luck next time…
But the game indeed need improvements…
OMY ? Oh My !

As many of you had known, I would have told you that I won $1000 in The ONE game, I have prove that I was in fact in the $1000 box even after the game ended, I have made my move at 23:55, long before the game had ended.
But to my shock, as written there, the closing time is 23:59, but the game didn’t end at the time and many people started to move their squares.
Anyway, this is a game which allows you to move your square one square each time each day. However, nearing to the end of the game, it allows users to move their avatars once per 6hours.
In order for you to get into the prize box, you would have to answer one question from OMY.sg, if you are wrong, of course you can’t get into the box. And even if you are in the box, if other users move their avatar into it, you will be kicked out.
Till the below screenshot, at 12:08, I am still in the $1000 box.
I am the one with the 4 green arrows, and I am in to $1000 prize square.
And I did refresh my website browser a few times till pass midnight to make sure I am still inside.
In the end as the winner list came out, I am not one of them…
More roar for Singapore
Posted by Admin | Filed under Singapore
SINGAPORE : Now that Singapore has established itself as a premier venue for Formula 1, get ready for the biggest and fastest thing on two wheels.
MotoGP, the motorbike equivalent of F1, is set to make its debut here as early as 2011 when Singapore’s first permanent race track is completed. Speaking from his Madrid office in Spain, MotoGP boss Carmelo Ezpeleta told TODAY that his company Dorna Sports, which holds the commercial rights to MotoGP, has signed an agreement with a Singaporean company to stage a round of the 18—leg world championships here, when the planned track is completed.
The 61—year—old Spaniard, who is to Moto—GP what Bernie Ecclestone is to Formula 1, also said that Singapore is an important part of the sport’s growth plans, as it is a key financial centre in the middle of an important region of the world.
Although TODAY is unable to name the Singapore promoter, who sealed the deal in Madrid about two months ago, due to contractual sensitivities, Ezpeleta said: “Yes, I can confirm that we have signed an agreement with a promoter to stage a round of the motorbike world championships in Singapore.
“But it depends when the permanent track you are going to build will be completed. I understand it will be up in three years’ time, so you can have a race there as early as 2011, if not 2012.”
Matching Formula 1
MotoGP motorbikes can reach top speeds of about 340kmh, compared to 370kmh for F1 cars, and Dorna claim they have an average television audience of about 350 million viewers across 200 countries for each race.
In terms of economic impact, organisers of the MotoGP event at Laguna Seca, California, say the annual event there contributes about US$100 million (S$146 milion) into the Monterey area surrounding the track, which is on par with spill—off revenues generated by F1 races.
But unlike F1 — with some Grands Prix held on street circuits, including Singapore — MotoGP hold all their races on purpose—built racing circuits.
Teo Ser Luck, Senior Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports, said at last month’s F1 SingTel Singapore Grand Prix that the permanent circuit in Changi is on track to be completed in 2011. Although 20 hectares have been allocated for the project, he also said the Government is willing to consider releasing more land should there be a need.
And despite the difficult economic climate, Singapore Sports Council chief executive officer Oon Jin Teik said that plans for the track will go ahead. “The Changi racetrack is a major component of SSC’s overall motor sports industry development plan in Singapore and it is intended to be funded by the private sector,” said Oon.
“The current financial climate will have an impact on the types and number of bidders that we will be able to attract. Nonetheless, it can only serve to improve their quality and proposals. Weaker players are unlikely to participate while stronger ones will need to put together even better proposals that will enable them to secure financial backing. Based on the feedback we’re receiving, potential investors are still upbeat about the project.”
Friendlier Ticket Prices
In their regulations for 2008, the sport’s world governing body, the Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM), has stipulated that tracks hosting MotoGP races must be at least 3.5km long.
But Ezpeleta would like to see them longer than that. “We prefer a race track with a length of at least 4km to 4.5km, but safety is our top priority,” he said.
“It would be good also if the track could hold at least 70,000 people, but I am leaving that to the promoter in Singapore to decide.
“Asia is important to MotoGP’s growth and Singapore is at the centre of it, that is why we want to hold a round there. But like I said, my agreement with the promoter in Singapore is subject to the track being built.”
There is an added attraction to MotoGP, as ticket prices are far more affordable. At the Malaysian MotoGP race earlier this month, a seat at the main grandstand cost about RM230 (S$95), compared to about RM1,800 for the same seat at the Formula 1 race there in April this year.
But Ezpeleta, who has an “unwritten agreement” with Ecclestone to ensure their events don’t clash, said: “If Singapore’s F1 race is in September, we will have no choice but to plan a MotoGP race to be held there in early 2011.” — TODAY/il
Bullying

Sec 1 and Sec 2 were the worst nightmares of my life. I would be bullied everyday.
What’s below is a clip found on Youtube, taken by a guy whom you would know (cause he’s the one who always bully me).
This happened to me when I was Sec 2 and after the Music lesson.
They had put a bomb bag inside my shoe …

The Most Improving Award was newly created to recognized students who had put in a significant amount of effort over a long period and had shown great improvement. For example, Sherman Mak Fei Weng(award winner of ‘08) had started singing since secondary one and he was rejected from the competitions at the auditions during year 2006. He participated again in 2007 but was eliminated before he could sing during the main event. However, he persevered and took part again this year and emerged as the category champion. His spirit touched many at the event and it was reported that many shed tears during the prize presentation. In addition, there were many controversies surrounding the winner of band category, Sine P. Such were the usage of the explicit languages of their band name (P*nis- when spelt backwards) , as well as one of its members claiming that the challenge trophy had been lost on the day itself. Moreover, Sine P’s victory came as a shocking surprise as many had thought that its mediocre performance would have been inferior as compared to favorites,Victor and The Vicious Vipers. Till this day, many still seem shrouded in a cloud of mystery regarding the whereabouts of the trophy as well as Sine P’s victory.

Hence, the show was completely revamped which followed a name change to what is currently known as “Catholic High Music Awards”, which was the brainchild of its founder Mr Wang Jiunn, who was a teacher of Catholic High school. The rationale for “Music Awards” is for its more classic and timeless appeal, in contrast to the current and much overused “idol” named shows and competitions.

Meaning of LIFE ?
Posted by Admin | Filed under Personal
Whats the true meaning of life ?
No one knows.
But if you did ask me what is the true meaning of life,
I will reply you with “academic results”.
Somehow, seeing your secondary 4 friends working hard for the upcoming O levels and you cannot join them,
I can tell you the feeling is just sad.
and now,
even people who are younger then me can control me around.
Cause they had disregard the fact that I should be a sec 4.
I am not targeting at any particular person,
don’t worry. Its just some of my feeling…
Its not that I am depress because of a specific reason,
but I just felt that everything in this society is “results”.
Many of you will instead argued me back that why I did not work hard.
But have you even looked at what I have done ?
My effort were all used up for last year’s final year,
though the marks were being pulled down by term 1 and 2,
at least I made an improvement.
Prelim 1 is at the end of January,
I worked so hard for it,
yet, the paper was just too difficult for me to managed.
Hence, I landed in a “no-where land” - 3-4.
Ok, be frank to you.
I don’t have a pleasant childhood.
Maybe if you asked some of my close friends,
they will tell you what actually happened to me and my mother last time.
But the story and incidents I told them were just minor cases,
I have hidden a lot of truth…
Alright, I am not trying to make all of you emotional after reading this post,
but this are all what that have been hidden in my heart for a long time.
Yes, I agree results are part of your life.
But, if you are good at your academic and failed at other perspective of life,
you are just a failure too…
Story

Before I begin,
does anyone know where can I find a company to print and publish books, I would like to have a book of my life story in it and I really hope that it would be publish in the different book stores.
Alright, talking about books, I know my language - English has a problem.
but it isn’t necessary to have a book which consist of perfect English tenses.
You might want to comment about me,
look down on me,
whatever you want,
but I would just want all of you to respect one another.
The reason why I would like to publish a book is because I find story writing quite interesting.
Furthermore, I am sure that my past and present life can filled the book with happiness and sadness.
My heart sank. I was totally speechless.
It was as though a day was a year.
–A part from my story
Rush for Time
Posted by Admin | Filed under Personal
Sorry guys for the late postings.
With only a few minutes of computer usage each day,
I really can’t find a suitable time to post here.
At least now that my sister had gone to her 30-mins piano lessons,
finally I have 30 minutes to use the laptop.
I can’t think of any suitable topic to post now,
so …
I will think for what I will be posting for the next post.
